What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is a self-employed professional who provides administrative, technical and creative support services from a remote location to one or more clients. A virtual assistant is not an employee of the client and therefore, the client is not responsible for paying benefits, insurance or employee related taxes. The cost savings could be very significant. 

Is the VA/Client relationship long term, like an employee?

For the assistance of a VA, the client pays only for the actual service rendered, and utilizes the VA only as needed.”

Here to Help Virtual Assistance’s website is designed with a “Secure Zone”, which allows us to share documents in a restricted, secure environment, using your own unique log-in credentials. This area is accessed on the HHVA website. You “upload” your documents for “pick-up” and the completed documents will be placed on your page for your review in your secure zone.

How can I estimate how many hours I need?
