LISA OLIVER, CAP-OM, OWNER
Lisa is a trained and certified administrative professional who completed her education and training in Maryland. She proudly holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in Management Studies, from the University of Maryland University College, and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies with Highest Honors, from the College of Southern Maryland. Along with earning the Certified Administrative Professional with Organizational Management designation (CAP-OM), Lisa is a Microsoft Office Specialist Master. She is ready to utilize her skills in completing your administrative tasks.
Understanding the value of professional associations, Lisa is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, the International Virtual Assistants Association and the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce. These associations provide excellent educational forums and support to professionals in the administrative field as well as small business owners, such as virtual assistants. Lisa enjoys the opportunity to network with peers in her field and stay updated on the latest developments in the areas of office technology, information technology and client care techniques.
When you partner with Lisa, you are sure to benefit from her skills acquired in her 17 years of professional experience in the administrative assistance field, including four years of experience in Customer Service/Contact Center management. Lisa is very active in her community. She serves her church as a Catholic Catechist and a lector. She believes in the importance of supporting worthy causes such as the March of Dimes, in which she is an active team leader and fundraiser for the Southern Maryland Region March for Babies, and local charities such as the Mary Lou Gough Food Pantry in which she participates in the Chaptico Classic.
